Vermont Flannel x HOMESICK: Celebrating Snowboarding’s Roots

We’re excited to share something special that ties together two things we hold close: the spirit of snowboarding and the warmth of Vermont. Introducing our limited-edition Garden Island flannel scarf, designed with the vibe of HOMESICK in mind. This event, held at Stratton Mountain from March 21-23, 2025, is a three-day celebration of snowboarding’s rich history, community, and culture. It’s all about honoring where the sport began and where it’s headed—and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate that legacy.

We’re proud supporters of this event, because it’s built on the same values we are — 90’s roots, Vermont culture, and tight-knit community. HOMESICK isn’t just another event; it’s a gathering of snowboarding legends, pros, and up-and-coming riders, all coming together to share stories and pay tribute to the evolution of the sport. Presented by East Street Archives, a community with deep roots in snowboarding’s history, HOMESICK is not only a tribute to the past but also a chance to build a future together.

After the pandemic, East Street Archives created events like HOMESICK to bring people back together, to reconnect, and to honor snowboarding’s rich culture. The East Street Archives book, documenting the sport’s evolution, serves as a testament to the legacy of snowboarding—and these events continue that spirit of community and connection.

Our scarf, made from 100% organic cotton, is designed to keep you cozy while you take in all the action. Founded in 1991, Vermont Flannel shares a deep connection to that era, and this scarf is our tribute to those early snowboarding days. Soft, durable, and packed with 90s snowboarding spirit, it’s the perfect accessory for anyone who loves the sport and the culture behind it.
